Key focus areas

• Responding to calls, emails and in-person enquiries promptly and accurately, and guiding customers through buying, selling and storage options
• Entering and confirming orders correctly, tracking payments and settlement, and following up on anything outstanding
• Building working knowledge of bullion, crypto and storage products so customers get clear, correct answers rather than being passed around
• Collecting and verifying customer identification and following our AML/CTF and internal procedures carefully, escalating anything unusual
• Keeping customer records and notes accurate and up to date, and closing the loop on every enquiry so nothing goes unanswered

We are looking for an experienced operations manager who can run the day-to-day of a digital assets business. Our crypto operations span OTC brokerage, bullion-to-crypto swaps, secure custody through third-party providers, self-custody delivery and our own gold and silver backed tokens, so you will be comfortable working across settlement, custody and reconciliation. You will have strong judgement under pressure, and be comfortable operating in a highly regulated environment.

Key focus areas

• Owning the end-to-end flow from order to settlement, making sure funds received, prices confirmed and assets delivered all reconcile
• Managing secure custody arrangements, including third-party custodians, and overseeing self-custody deliveries into customer-nominated wallets
• Applying our controls on scam and security risk, including exercising our right to require custody rather than self-custody where a transfer looks unsafe
• Working with the compliance function so ongoing KYC, transaction monitoring and AML/CTF obligations are met in practice
• Documenting and improving operational procedures, supporting and training the people who execute them, and identifying where manual handling should be automated or better controlled
